Booking Policy

  1. Please note that we require credit card details to secure your booking.

  2. A cancellation fee of £20 per person applies if bookings are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.

  3. We will hold your table for 15 minutes. If running late please give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. 

  4. The table is yours for up to 2 hours (1hr 30min for tables of 2) from the time of your booking. While we will do our best to ensure your party doesn’t feel rushed, if the table is rebooked we will need it back after this time. 

  5. You may book up to 12 guests online. If your ideal time and date is not showing or for larger parties please email hola@mezcalitochelsea.com or call 0207 993 5248 

  6. Please note that terms for semi-private bookings, special events and private hire vary, speak to a member of our team for full details.

  7. We will do our best to accommodate table requests, however tables are allocated upon arrival and terrace seating is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 

  8. Under 15’s & Dogs are NOT allowed in the terrace.

  9. Our terrace is covered by a retractable roof and has heaters around so you can enjoy rain or shine.

  10. Bottomless Brunch is available on Saturdays with a start time anywhere between 12pm and 3pm.

  11. Bringing your own cake? A cakeage fee of £20 will be added to your bill.

  12. Dress Code: No Hoodies or Tracksuits.

  13. Promotions and offers are subject to change without notice.
